We offer lessons mainly online through zoom meetings. Prior to the pandemic lessons were also being held at our office, or at schools by special arrangement. 

Tuition can be paid at the end of each session or at the end of each month by exact cash, 

e-transfer, or cheque made out to A+ Plus Learning Centre (for math). An invoice will be given to the student or emailed at the end of each month.

Lessons are booked on a monthly basis and must be scheduled for at least one session per week  as consistency is essential in learning. It is assumed that teh student will continue monthly in the same time slot.

Cancellations and rescheduling should be made with 48 hours notice. There will be no refund for a student cancellation. A lesson cancelled with 48 hours notice will be noted and rescheduled at our earliest convenience. If the tutor must cancel a lesson, we will offer the student a refund or a rescheduled session.

If students are on a break of two weeks or more, A+ Learning Centre requires two weeks' prior notice. The students time slot will not be held unless a return date is set.
